Our Boutique and Studio Space are conveniently located in downtown Colorado Springs (view location). We service the entire downtown area. All of our flowers are custom-sourced from local flower farms and suppliers. This sustainable element is a fun way to showcase locally grown products.

1. Vases & Vessels

Your flowers will be delivered in a vase style that is appropriate to each individual design. They are selected to complement and coordinate with the existing colors and theme of your business or space. Vases are considered property of KAE and will be delivered, removed and cleaned/repurposed by our staff members. If you would like to keep a vase or if any are returned broken or damaged, the replacement cost will be added to your invoice.

2. Seasonal Flower Varieties

Our goal is to provide you with fresh seasonal products. Flowers vary week to week and will be selected based on overall quality, color, and longevity. Some novel varieties have a vase life of 3-6 days while others can last up to two weeks. We do our absolute best to source fresh products while recognizing that like any perishable item left out, flowers will age naturally at varying rates.

3. Recommended Budget Range

Pricing varies week to week depending on current market rates and costs of seasonal products and varieties. We recommend at minimum setting a budget range of $45-$95 ea for arrangements that include 1-3 Varieties. For more complex arrangements, we recommend budgeting $125-$250 ea and higher. Design & Delivery Rates will also be applied to every invoice at a 25% rate.

4. Invoicing Frequency

Depending on the frequency of your deliveries, invoices will be issued at minimum once a month. These will be sent to the email address provided by your company and must be paid in full within 7 business days. If you would like to cancel or pause your order, you can do so at any time. All items delivered are non-refundable.
