Here at KAE we take great pride in our work and in the quality of blooms that we source. 

Although your blooms are perishable by nature, they should last a minimum of 3-6 days. Some varieties can last up to two weeks! 

To get the most out of your blooms, we recommend the following:

• Give each stem a fresh, diagonal cut every other day
• Use lukewarm water in your clean vase
• Replenish the water every other day 
• Keep out of direct sunlight
• Keep away from drafts
• Keep away from pets!

Some plant varieties are toxic to animals, especially cats. Please be mindful of this when ordering. See Article: Which Flowers are Poisonous to Cats?

If you have any blooms that droop or go south within 3 days of your delivery, please bring them into our shop or give us a call. We offer a complimentary refresh if notified within 3 days.
